New Posters for IU Cinema
These were posters I was commissioned to do for the Indiana University Cinema. This work has been a blast because I have been able to recreate posters to promote some of my all time favorites. They have given me carte blanche to really get creative. Client: IU Cinema
Thank you IU Cinema!

Fright Night Film Fest. Louisville KY
Hey All!
Wes and I had another end to a fun weekend. The folks at Fright Night were great and our neighbors were amazing. Speaking of our neighbors, we were seated across from some the cast of the AMC series The Walking Dead and they couldn't have been nicer.

Addy Miller, who plays the little zombie girl in the first episode, was our new best buddy this weekend and kept us in fine company. She was also screening her new project Ghost Trek this weekend. Peep it!
The attendees were so gracious and we want to thank all who came out and supported us! We'll see you soon.

Horror Hound 2011 comes to an end.
Wow, what a show! I would like to thank Chuck and Amanda for keeping me company this weekend and Wes and Michelle as well for hanging out. It was good to see you all.
Our neighbor, Daniel Horne, also gets a round of applause for sheer awesomeness!
Last but not least I would like to thank Jason Hignite and HH for accommodating us. Can't wait to work with you next year!
I leave you with Boris Karloff, a 24"x36"painting in acrylic I did on Sunday. It is for sale so email me at www.scare-icatures@hotmail.com if interested.
More art to come soon...

Zombie Skateboard Deck to be raffled
This hand painted skateboard deck will be raffled at this weekend's Horror Hound Weekend. It will be one of many items available at the table so be sure to swing by and check out our cool stuff. The deck was painted by yours truly, Dan Alexander on a Mini Logo 8.25" deck and I can't wait to get the feedback on this beauty on Saturday from the crowd.
Come on out to the Mariott East this weekend and join us. It will promise to be a fun time indeed!

Scare-icatures will be appearing at the 2011 Horrorhound Weekend. We will have lots of new art to show off and will also be doing some live projects at the event as well. In addition to that, we will be cranking out caricatures and commissions throughout the duration of the convention so we hope to see you there!

SXSE Painting Awarded to Lucky Wedding Couple
16x20

This gem was done, on the spot, at the SXSE Festival and was won in a raffle we held by a colorful gentleman named "Grath". In a classy display of generosity, he graciously offered it up to a young couple as a wedding gift (they had been married on stage that night at the show). What a stand up guy! Grath, wherever you are; much appreciated!

SXSE was a great event and we hope to attend next year. The acts were great and we got to meet some really cool ass folks. The attendees were great, showing up amidst a tornado watch, and we rocked all weekend to some fantastic music while supplying our twisted brand of artwork. We met the famously talented Jeff Gaither who was very cool. We swapped prints with him and talked shop. Special thanks goes out to Michelle and Wes who's hospitality is second to none.
